A really well executed ‘Creme Caramel’, with peaks of caramel, a brilliant sugar, thick and sticky creams and a lovely light eggy background that adds a level of complexity.

This flavour is very much what it says on the tin. To me, it’s a nice dense spongecake, sweet and rich with undertones of cinnamon, clove and a nutty backnote.
