eJuice Review 362: Aqua Bee by Secret Bunker Vapour

eJuice Review 362: Aqua Bee by Secret Bunker Vapour

My last review saw a pretty good outcome for Secret Bunker Vapour, their Red Bull flavour “Red Bee” was a hit, and a great start for their range. This next one, might be a little short, only due to the fact that today’s flavour is just like “Red Bee” only with a little bit of an addition… Some cooling agent.

Today, I’ll be reviewing “Aqua Bee” by Secret Bunker Vapour.
(This eliquid was supplied by the vendor.)

Flavour Description

The solution to red bull raging energy drink addicts! This richness and sweetness of JUST like the real drink. This one however compared to Red Bee is FRESH! You know, like if someone opened a window and it’s -30 outside.

The Review:

If you thought Red Bee was great, meet it’s brother, “Aqua Bee”. It’s a slightly altered version of it’s sibling, with a little bit of cooling agent added, as well as a really small amount of Spearmint. Enough cooling to blast your mouth to the north pole, and just a little spearmint to blend that cooling in with the already awesome Red Bull energy drink flavour.

I have to say, it’s pure genius using spearmint, it really does bridge the gap between the cooling agent and the original flavouring. It doesn’t contradict either, just complimenting them both, and helping to bring the entire flavour together as a whole.

“Aqua Bee” is a spot on Red Bull flavour, with hints of fermented citrus, or mulled cider, bubblegum and apple nuances, with a chilly cool blast to keep you on your toes.

Individual Notes

As with “Red Bee” fermented citrus/mulled cider, apple, bubblegum and a few indistinct notes make up the bulk of this fantastic energy drink flavour. Each of these are not just mashed into an inconsistent mess, but delicately mixed, so that you can pick out each and every one of them, really enjoying the different flavours that come together to make this juice.

Citrus and apple on the high end, bubblegum and a hint of blueberry on the lower end, this is a bright and distinct flavour that isn’t just for energy drink fans. Fruit vapers should be able to appreciate this too.

And just in case you were looking for something more, you’ll also get an icy blast from this one too. Cooling agent has been added to “Aqua Bee” just to give it that extra bit of kick! With some Spearmint bridging the gap between energy drink and chilled cooling sensation, this one is just as ‘meant to be’ as the first.

Inhale & Exhale

The inhale is dominated with that chilled cooling sensation, it takes your breath away, and then gives it back all in one motion. Spearmint the hero of the day, even though it’s not immediately apparent, bridging the chill and the red bull behind the scenes.

Its not all cooling agent, even though this is quite chilled, the other flavours are still distinct. The fermented citrus/cider, the apple and the berry, are all still very noticeable even from beneath the ice cold chill.

Over to the exhale, the cooling agent winds down a little and you’ll notice the red bull flavour coming through a little bit more. The apple and cider still there, but making way some more for the bubblegum note mid exhale.

This thickens up the texture giving this flavour a really nice, rounded out feel, all the while retaining it’s high notes and brightness.

The finish of this flavour is a light cider, doubling down with some nice rounded out bubblegum and berry, and a cool breeze blowing past them all, and giving a little jolt to the senses.

Final thoughts

I really don’t know which of these flavours I prefer, “Red Bee” with it’s down to earth, and realistic red bull warmth, or this ultra chilled slightly spearmint version of it. I’m actually leaning toward “Aqua Bee” I think, but I do like my cooling agents.

Which ever one you choose, you’re guaranteed one thing. The most realistic Red Bull flavour that you’ll get in a vape.

All kidding aside, this is as Red Bull as it gets.

PS. Don’t forget, I also have a Giveaway happening on my facebook page, where you have the chance to win 3x 100ml bottles of flavours from Secret Bunker’s Shadow Series. (https://www.facebook.com/vapersgarage/)
