e-Liquid Review: StrawNApple from the Fruit Monster range

Sometimes a juice range comes along that simply doesn’t disappoint. Where every single flavour is blended well, tastes fantastic, and is something that you can call an “All Day Vape”. The “Aussie” Fruit Monster line from Big Boy Cloudz is exactly that type of range.

With a wide variety of fruit combinations, these flavours are mixed with maximum impact in mind, and perfected over months to make sure every fruit compliments the others for a smooth and tasty finish.

Today, I’ll be reviewing “StrawNapple” from the Fruit Monster range.

The Review

This Strawberry and Apple blend is smooth, thick and fruity. If you’ve had apple flavours before, you’ll know that it’s brilliant in bringing a full flavour hit and it definitely does not disappoint here!

Pushing out that familiar acidic yet punchy sweet vibe, the apple is dominant in this flavour, with the tart strawberry washing over it to give things an even sweeter and stickier, hard candy feel.

Individual Notes

The apples are great, full flavoured, punchy, a little acidic, just perfect for an apple flavour. This is robust and just like chomping down on the real thing. You can almost feel the crunch from the Green apple flesh as you inhale that sugary sour goodness, it feels juicy and fresh, just as it should.

The strawberry is a little between a real strawberry and a candy. It’s a little sharp and fresh, but with a sweeter and stickier finish, which helps to give this flavour a real candy profile. Not as strong as the apple, but significant all the same and is an important part of this combination.

Inhale & Exhale

On the inhale, I notice both fruits, initially the apple sweet and acidic, fleshy and juicy, and it increases in intensity as the inhale continues.

Just as you reach the top of the inhale though, a sharpness hits, disguised as the apple, but its actually a little strawberry also. At this point it’s probably at it’s most significant, providing that all needed tartness giving this mix a little bit of depth, but at the same time bolstering the apple and keeping it from being a pure apple flavour.

Once that peak has hit the exhale will continue to give you a slightly dulled down apple, a little less acidic, with the strawberry taking on a more toffee/sugary feel, turning the whole mix into more of a candy mix. It’s almost like a toffee apple, full flavoured and acidic apple on the inside with a glassy strawberry hard candy on the outside.

As the exhale continues, the two flavours combine to provide quite a smooth fruit combo that is just so easy to vape, making this a great “all day vape” flavour.

Final thoughts

I’ve enjoyed this a lot, an easy “pick up and go” flavour, that you can just fill up on and know you’ll love it. It’s got all the good from both fruits, and none of the negatives. It’s sweet, deep, and both flavours combine in a way, you’re not likely to want it to get any more complex.

What would I change? I found that the flavour waned a little the more I vaped it, not losing flavour, just washing out a little. Increasing percentages of the mix a little would give this even more impact and make sure to keep the interest.

All in all though, a very pleasant vape, Big Boy Cloudz have done a fantastic job with this one, turning a simple blend into something fantastic.

Very nice presentation here. The bottles I received were 60ml Chubby Gorilla style bottles with child-proof caps and freshness seals, with needle tip dispensers.

The labels are bright and colourful and portray the branding really well, nice sharp lines and punchy graphics.
The labels display all of the information you might need including warnings, brand, eliquid name/flavour, ingredients and social media information.
