eLiquid Review 447: Pink Mango Slurpee by Drip FX
Sorry about the delay folks, it’s been a very busy few days for me, but I’m back today with the second review from the DripFX range of eliquids, this time around we’ve got a tasty fruit sensation that will only impress!
Today, I’ll be reviewing “Pink Mango Slurpee” by Drip FX.

Flavour Description
This one is for the slurpee lovers, this pink mango coats your mouth with a sweet slurpee texture. A great vape minus the brain freeze.
The Review:
I love a good mango flavour, Mango is delicious, and totally refreshing. Perfect for a summers day. I also really love Raspberry, it’s one of my favourite fruits, with it’s nice rounded sweetness.
How lucky am I to come across this little piece of wonderment, that blends two of my favourite fruits together!
True to it’s description, “Pink Mango Slurpee” is a delicious blend of syrupy sweet fresh mangos, and tart yet rounded raspberries, smashed together into a slurpee just without the chill!
Individual Notes
The mango used in this is awesome, it’s a true example of a realistic ripe mango, very sweet and syrupy, with no real zest or skin note, nothing but flesh.
The raspberry is also a fantastic sweet raspberry, with a slight tartness to it, that helps to round the mango. It doesn’t over take, but plays it’s part in the larger picture, and adds fullness, and a great base for the mango to rest on.
Inhale & Exhale
The inhale starts you off with the sweet mango. It’s fleshy, juicy, and very syrupy right off the bat. That familiar stickiness and lip smacking goodness you can only get from fresh juicy mango flesh.
The mango eases in gently, not wanting to give it all away at once, gradually intensifying through the inhale. The sweet raspberry does the same, a little less noticeable than the mango but is already a very important ingredient that imparts a wholeness, rounding out the mango and providing a little base against the mangos sweetness.
Over to the exhale, things switch around pretty quickly. While the mango was dominant on the inhale, here, the raspberry intensifies, building right up to the mangos flavour level with them both sort of reaching a peak, or crescendo of flavour. Just as you feel like the flavour cannot get any stronger, both gradually pull back to form one truly tasty profile, sweet and juicy, working together, both countering each other’s strength and weaknesses.
The end of the vape is very bloody tasty, and that after taste is tremendous.
Final thoughts
I’ve enjoyed every minute of this one. Blended just nicely, no issues with any strange notes or coil gunking.

Presentation:
Great presentation here, I received a 60ml grey tinted 60ml bottle similar to a Chubby Gorilla bottle, with needle tip and child proof screw cap. The label is great with their dark background, and honeycomb pattern.
The labels look fab, with the company name front and centre, and the name of the juice below it in stand out colours. You’ll also get all of the information you might need from them too, including warnings, ingredients, bottle size, PG/VG ratio, and more!
Test rigs:
Haku with slam cap running a single 0.17 framed staple coil on a mech mod.
OBS Engine RTA with a 0.2ohm Stainless coil running @ approx 50-80 watts.
