eJuice Review 407: Spring in Siberia by Vaper Empire

Every vendor needs to have one of these juices in their arsenal. Something cool, chilled, minty and fresh. After all, the minty flavours go so well with mouth to lung vaping, and lower wattage devices!

If you haven’t heard of these guys before, Vaper Empire have been around for many years, catering mainly to beginners with their products centred around starter kits, and inadvertently, mouth to lung vaping. So if you’re new and just getting started with vaping, give Vaper Empire a look, their eliquids are crafted just for you!

Today, I’ll be reviewing “Spring in Siberia” from Vaper Empire!

(This e-liquid was supplied by the vendor.)

Flavour Description

A BLEND OF MENTHOL & MINT ARE A BLAST OF SIBERIAN SPRING.
When the ice begins to melt over the frozen tundra, pastures of early buds push up through the snow and break open, creating a speckled rainbow on a glistening sheet of white. Rivulets of pristine water run down from the mountains and pool in the valley below. This blend of menthol and mint is a blast of Siberian Spring for those who crave a sensation that’s totally refreshing.

With a cool, crisp and refreshing character, Spring in Siberia is a blast of fresh air when you need it most. A well-balanced e-liquid with revitalising aroma and taste.

The Review:

Like I said in the intro, every vendor needs one of these menthols, they are something that new vapers tend to gravitate toward when quitting the cigarettes, because most tobacco flavours just don’t cut it. So they are a good percentage of their bread and butter. So far Vaper Empire’s flavours have been imaginative, and perfectly mixed at a really nice intensity for the mouth to lung crowd, and/or low wattage vaper, and “Spring in Siberia” is no different.

The perfect level of cool for low wattage users is reached with this juice, while it might not be all that innovative, it certainly has the impact. “Spring in Siberia” is a basic menthol flavour, no extra mints, just pure menthol goodness, mixed at the perfect level to give you a chill and refresh your palate.

Individual Notes

There really is only one here. Menthol. It’s cooling and carries with it all of the nuances of a menthol, even the dry bitterness that menthol tends to impart on a vape, when added in higher levels. Very much just like a menthol cigarette does!

How’s she vape?

I’d love to be able to say that this is an extraordinary and one of a kind flavour, but after all, it is a plain menthol. Nothing more, nothing less. I suppose there is something to be said for simplicity, and in keeping things simple, Vaper Empire have made sure that this juice does what is expected.

I expect a lot of chill, a little menthol, and all of the nuances that a menthol provides, right down to the light bitterness and dryness on the tongue, and that is exactly what this juice is. It’s not hiding behind another flavour, not advertising itself as something that it’s not. It’s a pure menthol through and through, and done just right.

Final thoughts

All in all, a good juice. It’s not overly creative, but everyone needs a plain menthol in their range, and Vaper Empire have produced the goods where a minty menthol for mouth to lung vapers is concerned! The intensity is right at that level that a real menthol cigarette would be, perfect for new vapers!

This is something that Vaper Empire customers can also use to mix and match their flavours too. Fancy a bit of menthol in your fruit vape? This is the stuff to add, and keeping it simple, makes it easy for everybody.

Presentation:

I can’t fault Vaper Empire’s presentation, they’re branding packs quite the impact, being both polished and designed for the elite crowd. Sophistication is the word I guess I’m looking for. From the packaging of their starter kits through to the matt black labelling with gold/silver/bronze foil printing on their labels, it all just oozes class.

I received 10ml bottles of each of their flavours, each bottle is clear plastic with a black child-proof cap and needle tip dispenser.
The labels are classy matt black, with their logo and juice name printed in foil, creating quite an impressive look. They have a tonne of information on these labels, even if it is a little hard to read, including but not limited to bottle size, nicotine strength, best before date, warnings, ingredients and their web url.

Test rigs:

Vandy Vape Simple EX squonk kit with 22mm standard RDA and a mouth to lung clapton coil that ohms out at 0.9ohms.
I’ll be vaping somewhere between around 15-25watts.
