e-Juice Review: Cloud Chaos – Cryo – Black Plague
Welcome back you lot! I’ve got another e-liquid review for you today. This range has been quietly sitting in my review draw for what seems like forever, but I’ve finally gotten to it! Not for lack of wanting of course, because I’ve been itching to get stuck into it!
You may have seen this brand around social media, they’ve been around for a few years now I believe, starting with their unique e-liquid range and then extending on to sell other vape products.
These guys are based in Victoria and do things a little differently. They don’t just stock the latest products, they make sure what they put on offer are the very best of the best, yet budget friendly at the same time.
Let’s get stuck into the first of the 3 flavours that they’ve sent through!
Read on for the review of “Black Plague” from Cloud Chaos’s Cryo range!
(This e-liquid was kindly donated by Cloud Chaos for review )

Inhale & Exhale
Cloud Chaos have chosen two very dominating fruits here, and it’s reflected in that instant full flavour hit, as soon as you begin your inhale.
While the flavours might not stand out individually early on, you’ll recognise the berries that are used pretty quickly due to their unique profiles. They are sweet, pronounced, a little floral, with a solid flavour hit with the 2 berries blending into one wonderful strength of flavour.
As the inhale continues, the flavour intensifies, but the berries begin to show their individual profiles a little more, the blackcurrant with it’s juicy and sweet yet full bodied floral, and the raspberry with it’s very solid base line, and sweet floral of it’s own. Both flavours are quite sweet, and blended together even more so. At this point the blackcurrant rides the high side, with the raspberry more of a base, holding everything together.
You’ll also notice the cooling at this point, cooling agent tends to come on strong during the inhale, as you are letting air into your mouth, and this one is off the charts, nice and cold!
At the top of the inhale, you’ll find the flavours switch roles a little as the raspberry strengthens with the blackcurrant florals falling back a little as the chill sets in. This pronounced raspberry, really shines and offers a slightly warmer full body than the blackcurrant boosting the mid range, and creating a bit of complexity with the flavours switching.
As I exhale, the blackcurrant is back following the drop off in the cooling, pulling back up to an even keel with the raspberry. This switch up of flavours is interesting, and keeps things interesting almost creating a fizzy transition between the two.
The cooling kicks in again through the exhale, right to the very end, where both the raspberry and blackcurrant seem to fight for dominance, both showing their respective strength at times creating quite a unique flavour finish.
My Thoughts
Two of my favourite berries fight for dominance in this great little flavour. I love that Cloud Chaos have tried to tame the beasts by pitting them together, they actually make for a really tasty and unique blend, each dominating the entire profile at times, but that switch up is what really makes this flavour.
Blending, then separating, blending, then separating throughout the entire vape, you’ll find each fruit pronounced at different times, both sweet, both with really strong yet with slightly different characteristics.
The chill is ice cold, a little more than most, and is not only refreshing, but also compliments the berries, making both of them pop as they fight for dominance.
Cloud Chaos do have this flavour without the cooling agent, if cooling agent isn’t your thing, but I think it’s just perfect the way it is.
All day vape material? Absolutely! Would I vape it again? Considering that I’ve gone through the whole 60ml in just over a day, I’d say that’s a definite ‘YES’!
There are very few flavours that instantly impress, and ‘Black Plague’ sits firmly in that category.
Excellent work guys!
