eLiquid Review 457: Old School Milk Candy by Australia Vape Co
There’s been some pretty impressive flavours coming from these guys so far, and in all honesty, I think this next one is a flavour that hasn’t been done before, well not in Australia anyway! Let’s check out an old favourite!
Today, I’ll be reviewing “Old School Milk Candy” by Australia Vape Co.
(This eliquid was supplied by the vendor for review.)
Flavour Description
Smooth and creamy luxury is what sets Old School Milk Candy apart from the pack. The juice is a sweet milky vape juice that features vanilla and buttery note; there is nothing more smoothing! When you’re in the mood for a flavour that is equally sweet and luxuriously comforting, savour the classic perfection in this milk candy vape juice.
The Review
From the description I wasn’t really sure which type of milk candy this might be, classic milk bottles, milko toffee candy or even something else.
It’s definitely a Milko toffee candy. You’ll remember these usually available next to the “Redskins” and “Toffee Apple” sweets at your local corner store. While these other two were usually the favourites, “Milkos” were a similar type of candy, sometimes softer, other times teeth shattering, it all depended on how fresh the stores stock was.
I’m happy to report that this is pretty much a spot on replica of the candy, right down to that over the top creaminess, this is just a little less sweet.
Individual Notes
This is predominantly a sweet cream, perhaps a little marshmallow and a touch of light butter. Very creamy, silky smooth, and very thick and sweet.
Inhale & Exhale
You’ll be hard pressed to find much of a difference between the inhale and exhale on this one, besides the intensity of course.
The inhale is lightly milky, very sweet creamish, blend that’ll have you instantly thinking of the famous toffee candy that we all ate as kids.
It’s a silky smooth totally obtrusive cream that will completely dissappoint those that hated the candy, it’s pretty full on! But if you loved those paper wrapped milk sticks, you’ll be taken aback at how accurate this is.
The exhale really intensifies providing the full flavour profile you’d expect, soft, smooth and silky sweet milk candy is exactly what you’ll get, with a lingering cream even after you’ve finished vaping it!
Final thoughts
This is polarizing. There will be those that absolutely hate this flavour, so do proceed with caution. If Butyric Acid notes are an issue for you, you’ll never like this one. On the other hand if you love your milky flavours, it will be right up your alley!
This really is an obtrusive cream vape, and that is what it is supposed to be. Did I like it? Not really, I can’t believe I’m saying it, but this really needed a little sweetener for it to be 100%, and that Butyric acid feel, while I’m normally ok with it, had me putting it down every so often for a different flavour.
A bit congratulations to Australian Vape Co for getting so very close to a spot on replica, and for being bold and releasing it, knowing that this will have some haters. A very good job!

Presentation:
Simple yet professional. I don’t know what it is about these labels, they are really clean looking, while being very minimalistic, and simple. The pastel colour coded label relates to the flavour inside, and there is mostly the standard amount of information provided on them. Company name, and juice name front and centre, with bottle size, PG/VG ratio, a little bit of info about the juice range, nicotine strength (which is zero), ingredients, warnings, manufactured by statement, and I’m not sure how accurate this is because it’s on the bottle itself between the seams of the label, a used by date. There is also a clear embossed sticker on the front, that I assume is to show that it’s the real deal.
The bottles are 60ml dark tinted Chubby Gorilla ‘type’ bottles with needle tips and screw cap lid that has a fresh seal, and child-proofing built in.
Test rigs:
Haku with slam cap running a single 0.17 framed staple coil on a mech mod.
OBS Engine RTA with a 0.2ohm Stainless coil running @ approx 50-80 watts.
