eJuice Review 86: Lady Luck by South Coast Vapes

lady-luckHere we have my sixth review of the South Coast Vapes range. Get ready for some berry goodness.

Today I’ll be reviewing “Lady Luck”.

You can pick up the South Coast Vapes range from their website @ http://www.southcoastvapes.com.au

From the website:

When Lady Luck smiles, we all win. And this my friends is a winning juice.
A slightly creamy and smooth blend of berries is what will make you smile.”

The Review:

Berries it is! I’ll be honest here, I have absolutely no idea the types of berries that are in this juice. I can pick out the blackberry, and perhaps a little strawberry, acai berry or sweet berry, but the others seem to be mixed together so well, I just can’t pick any other identifying nuance out.

It is a really nice, smooth creamy berry mix though!

On inhale the berries are fairly sweet, indistinguishable, smooth and light. As you get to the end of the inhale, the flavour gets a little tart, with the blackberry shining through.

Exhale has the blackberries carrying through, with the sweetness of another berry not unlike a strawberry or acai berry appearing. At this point a little creaminess is also showing. The creaminess is not too noticeable, but gives a little depth. To me it’s more of a whipped cream or marshmallow. This juice then finishes of with a little tartness and a little sweetness fading off slowly.

A very solid, no nonsense flavour, perfect for an all day vape. It will go great in most setups, rda’s and tanks alike.

A very nice flavour SCV!

Colour:

Clear with a copper tint

Scent:

Blackberry/Berries

Coil damage:

No gunking coils.

PG/VG Ratio:

50/50 doubler mixed to 30PG/70VG

Texture:

Sweet full bodied texture

Steeping:

Due to the creams this will benefit from a bit of steeping.
I have been steeping it for 25 days

Presentation:

Decent labels with all the info needed, on childproof plastic, needle tip squeeze bottles. Not over the top, but not dressed up either. SCV are going through a little branding project at the moment, their new flavours come with a cool funky graffiti-style new label.

Odis O-Atty (clone) with single coil @ 0.3ohms
Cthulhu Hastur v2s with dual coils @ 0.2ohms
