(This eliquid was supplied by the vendor)

Flavour Description:

Sweet, refreshing and exploding with flavour. This mix of kiwi, wild berries, jackfruit and juicy apples will be sure to tingle your tastebuds.

The Review:

What a flavour this one is! If you love the sweet acidics of green apples, the tartness of kiwi and the fruitiness of wild berries, you’re going to love this one.

Everything in this juice has a very similar flavour profile, Apples, Kiwi, Berries, Jackfruit, every single one of these fruits are very closely related, is it really a surprise that they work well together?

Individual Notes

Of course the apple and kiwi dominate this juice, and if you haven’t read the label, you could easily be convinced that it is as simple as those two flavours. It’s not, and in the usual Vapers Garage style, let’s see what each of the nuances has to offer!

Apples : Obviously, being the main flavour, this one is dominant. It’s a nice bitey green apple, with that sweet juicy acidic nature, a slight skin nuance, you really do expect that crisp crunch as though you are biting into a clean fresh Granny Smith!

The Kiwi is sweet, like a softer kiwi fruit, with a little tartness, but overall tones down the acidics of the apple. I also pick up a tiny bit of bitterness, the same bitterness that you’ll get from the small seeds in the middle of the real thing.

Jackfruit shares a lot of the same notes as apples and kiwis, with the added citrus-like feel of pineapple, mango or papaya. It’s quite a complex fruit in itself, and is makes a great flavour to add to fruit vapes to not only increase texture but create some layering.

I don’t pick up a lot of the wild berries in this, perhaps a little now and then kind of peering through the other tart notes. They are tart also, which adds to the confusion a little, am I tasting the berries or is that the tartness from the apple, the kiwi or the jackfruit? That sort of thing.

Inhale & Exhale

The inhale here is mostly high notes of crisp apple and a little pineapple (from the jackfruit). It has a slight overripe tang to it that seems to hang throughout most of the vape. In contrast to most flavours, the middle to end of the inhale is probably the harshest, most intense part of the vape with this one.

The exhale, brings with it the kiwi shining through, providing more of a sweet lower base note, combined with hints of wild berries, toning the acids down and smoothing the vape out, into more of a mellow, but still sweet and tart mix.

The end of the exhale is a lovely combination of notes that seems to almost create it’s own singular warm flavour. Its a sweet, tart almost stewed fruit mix that is sweet and syrupy. Very very nice!

Final thoughts

Apple vapes are great, and this one takes that to a whole different level, with the layering that comes with the Jackfruit and the sweetness of the Kiwi sort of warming things up in contrast with the acids of the other fruits. A little harsh at times but redeems itself on the exhale.

This is a lovely juice that is packed full of flavour, you’ll be able to vape it all day, without losing any intensity from it.

Very nice!

Where to Buy:

Nectar Nation have just launched their shiny new website, you can order all of their flavours online through their new store!
http://www.nectarnation.com.au

Colour:

Light honey tint

Aroma:

Apple / Kiwi

Coil and wick damage:

I would have given this on a 5/5 for clean-ness but I fear the acidity of the apples etc, may degrade wicks and coils over time. After 2 days my wicks and coils are holding up great however!

PG/VG Ratio:

30%PG / 70%VG

Texture:

Sweet/Tart, full bodied with a syrupy texture.

Steeping:

A fruity mix is always great straight away!

Presentation:

Some pretty unique presentation here, the bottles I received are 60ml blue tinted plastic bottles with a narrow sauce bottle type cap (not child-proof). These tips are just small enough to fit nicely into an RTA fill slot, pump enough juice through to fill a squonk bottle, and don’t leak when unscrewing the top like the normal sauce bottle type caps.
The labels are sleek being matt black, with the Nectar Nation logo and all of the information you’ll ever need, including the flavour description, which is a huge plus!

Test rigs:

Haku with slam cap running a single 0.18 AK coil from “Bombers Coils” on a mech mod.
OBS Engine RTA on Revenger mod @ 80w
