eJuice Review 183: Tigers Blood by Limitless Vape

Introduction:

Limitless Vape really needs no introduction, anyone who’s been vaping a while would have heard of these guys and their unusually named flavours!
They are South Australian based and a tonne of vape stores stock their signature flavours.

They’re loved by many for their awesome ejuices and great customer service.

I’ve been meaning to try them for ages, and Craig from vape4life being the great sharing fella that he is, pulled out a plastic drawer full of these Limitless Vape samples the last time I was in his shop and handed me a bunch of them for me to review! My thanks mate.

They’ve finally made it through my review queue, so here we go!

Today I’ll be reviewing “Tigers Blood”!

From the Website:

The white tiger strives in the coolest climates. Just like our combination of strawberries and watermelon mixed with a cool refreshing coconut. A classic vape mixed at the perfect ratio by limitless vape.

The Review:

Here we go folks, I’m biting the bullet and going for the only flavour of Limitless’s I wasn’t looking forward to. Many love this flavour, and you’ll find plenty of examples of tigers blood variations all over the internet. For some its a staple flavour.

Those that know me though, understand that coconut is not a favourite of mine, and there is one in particular that I just cannot say good things about. Unfortunately on first whiff, I knew it was in this flavour.

Of course I’ll press on and do an objective review regardless of my personal tastes, but if you get the feeling that this wasn’t my thing, you now know why.

Tigers Blood for me has a coconut primary, with strawberry and watermelon evenly mixed to create a nice backdrop and add some body.

I say coconut as the primary flavour because to me it is. It overpowers the other flavours a little and seems to reverse the experience around for me versus everybody else.
Others have described it as strawberry and watermelon as the main flavours with coconut being a supporting flavour.

The strawberry and watermelon are an interesting mix, seperately, they are sweet and fairly light flavours, but together, they create a deeper more complex flavour that has quite a lot of body despite being fruits.

On the inhale, the coconut and strawberry make an appearance right off the bat. They’re light at this stage and work well together as polar opposites, strawberry being sweet and tart, and this coconut being savoury and slightly astringent.

On the exhale, the watermelon makes a brief appearance, mixing with the strawberry to create a touch of complexity, it is not a permanent thing though, as the strawberry ramps up and quickly takes over the watermelon. The coconut also amplifies on the exhale, leaving you with a savoury coconut but sweet and tart strawberry finish.

This is a really well mixed flavour, the way that they’ve managed to get the strawberry to appear on the inhale, bridged by the watermelon, and then the strawberry on the exhale again, is testament to the attention to detail that Limitless vape are known for.

Overall a very good flavour, with many rave reviews, I just wish I could get past the coconut!
