eJuice Review 77: The Connoisseur by Clouded Visions

Here’s the 13th of my series of Clouded Visions eJuice reviews.

Today I’ll be reviewing “The Connoisseur “.

“Inspired by my favourite icecream, this dessert style vape incorporates elements of butterscotch and gingerbread combined with a rich, creamy vanilla icecream, finished with a slight hint of cinnamon and nutmeg spices.”

The Review:

So this is number 13, the last of the original 13 flavours that received from Clouded Visions a few weeks back.

I left this one until last as the flavour profile seemed right up my alley, its been a tough time leaving it until last, let me tell you.

I’m glad I did, as “The Connoisseur” is probably my favourite from the range.

It’s a complex yet delicate mix, that is a dessert lovers dream.

On inhale I get mainly the vanilla ice cream and very light butterscotch coming through with a bit of spice, I’m assuming nutmeg and ginger, then at the height of inhale the cinnamon makes a gradual appearance.
Exhale is more of the lovely ice cream, Cinnamon and a bready or Graham cracker feel.

As complex as this juice is, it is not too rich nor overbearing with the flavour. Precisely the opposite in fact, Clouded Visions have made sure that the vanilla ice cream is noticed in this mix. That means probably months of variations and tiny tweaks to this juice to ensure it all blends nicely without any one flavour taking dominance.

A nice long steep will be beneficial due to the creams

Presentation:

Professional presentation. Nice easy to squeeze plastic bottles with white child proof caps. The label is a gloss white label with their logo and all of the essential details. The juice name is also colour coded, which adds a nice touch.

Test rigs:

Hastur v2s with dual coils @ 0.2ohms on a coppervape squonk mod.
Kennedy RDA @ 0.3ohms / 30 – 60w
