eJuice Review 140: Six ‘n’ Out by Bogan Brews
Now that I’ve reviewed a few overseas eliquids, let’s get back into some locally made flavours.
Who better to start with than a juice line that is 100% without doubt the epitome of Aussie.
He’s been at the forefront of the Australian vaping community for years, provided us with countless top notch hardware and eliquid reviews via his YouTube channel, and helped our little community to no end with his wisdom and advice on all things vaping.

From the Bogan:
This ones pretty bloody simple, a fistful of lychee flavour to smash ya in the gob and just the right amount of blackcurrants in the background. Its refreshing and sweet but can be vaped all day fucking long.

The Review:
Let’s see if I can do this flavour justice!
Like the man said in his description, this is a fairly simple mix, often the best are.
And boy is this a brilliant combo, very clean tasting, a naturally sweet all day vape.
Lychee is the prominent note, with blackcurrant acting as a supporting flavour.
Lychee is a really great flavour to mix with. It literally is a burst of flavour.
With no additional sweetener needed, Lychee holds its own, with its full fleshy and fruity notes.
It was genius to use blackcurrant, it has a tartness similar to blackberry but not as bright and overpowering. Perfect for a supporting note to sweeter flavours.
Inhale is all lychee goodness, the fleshy nuance hits me first with a light sweetness to it. Toward the inhale the blackcurrant appears faintly to give me a hint of what’s to come.
It all ramps up a bit with the exhale. The lychee strengthens and evens out at a nice level, a nice strong level that is! Which is very welcomed.
The blackcurrant picks up a little too, not too much and it remains as more of a support flavour, but the tartness and tannins begin to shine bringing a more complex and earthy tones to round out the lovely sweet lychee.
There is no sugary sweetener here either. The sweetness that I get is a very natural fruitiness, this one will definately play nicely with your coils.
Brilliant job Mr Bogan, I’m really looking forward to giving the others a crack!

Presentation:
I love whats been done with these bottles. Intentional or not the brown tinted glass/plastic bottles resemble the very same coloured bottles our Aussie beer icon (VB) comes in. (and other beers also of course)
The labels are clear with white text, obviously printed, but made to look like it’s been scrawled on with a white liquid paper pen with little doodles (pictures) drawn about the label. Very Australian, given our laid back attitude to such things.
The 30ml bottles are glass with a white, glass eye dropper lid, whilst the larger sizes are all plastic with the twisted sauce bottle style lids.
I also received a “Bogan Brews” stubby holder, (in picture) trust me, that is going to come in handy!
It’s all brilliantly bogan 🙂
