eJuice Review 232: 19 Sixty-Two by Silk Road Vapour

The first bunch of samples that I reviewed from Silk Road Vapour a while ago were great, I was very impressed with the flavour, quality, and nice consistency of flavour intensity from their line.

They proved themselves a professional outfit, skillful in their mixing as well as providing a top notch customer service with their fast shipping times and dealing with my many questions eloquently.

I’m very pleased to have some more of their range to review for you all, and this time, with some “You-Beaut” brand-spanking new labels!

Today I’ll be reviewing “19 Sixty Two”!

From the website:

A blast from the past.
Just like when you were a kid! The sweet tangy taste of an overflowing bowl of everyone’s favourite fruity cereal accompanied by fresh full cream milk. This one’s sure to bring back some memories.

The Review:

I love fruit loops and cereal flavours, I have reviewed a few of them in the past, and have tried just as many others, I’ll admit it, I have enjoyed them all.

“19 Sixty-Two” is a great rendition of the classic Fruit Loops cereal with underlying lemon and wheaty/corn cereal as well as a nice thick creamy base that reminds me of the milk left on the bottom of the bowl.

This is slightly different than many fruit loops flavours. I’m finding that it’s a little lighter on the lemon, which is not citrusy at all by the way. It’s quite sugary sweet.

On the flipside, the bready, corn/wheat cereal base is a little more prevalent, really making this more a cereal than a fruit. Being a little less sweet, also almost puts this in the savoury basket, not quite but more-so than most.

The inhale provides the sweet lemon with a trace of a more complex cereal note initially. I notice that toward the height of the inhale the lemon tapers off a little and the cereal is already moving to the front.

At the turn, the exhale doesn’t see the lemon drop off as expected, but stays at the same level while the cereal intensifies almost taking over. It’s at this point that I notice the milk or cream come into play, thickening the texture and really providing a lovely smoothing effect bringing all of the notes together.

Ive quite enjoyed 19 Sixty-Two, so much in fact that it feels like this bottle has been just vanishing before my eyes.

Fantastic all day vape material, great work guys!
