eJuice Review 23: Jack the Ripple by T-Juice

Flavour Profile:

From the Website:
“Based on a classic British raspberry ripple ice cream. This juice produces immense vapour and gives a really solid throat hit. Jack has become a legend in Europe’s vaping community.”

The Review:

TJuice are based out of the UK and sell their juices already mixed, or as concentrates. Their concentrates have a recommended mix ratio of 10 – 15%.

I was attracted to this range, as I could easily make up a base of VG/PG and nic, and simply add the TJuice 10% concentrate to it really quickly. Being that a 30ml bottle will make up to 300ml total consumable juice, their range is really cost effective and a great way to get a large quantity of the flavours you know you love.

I picked mine up from VapeKing Australia.

My final concentrate percentage for this mix was 12%.

Originally this one had a very strange flavour to it. I don’t know if it was caramel or butterscotch but it definately had a burnt cream nuance to it. In addition to that, I simply could not get any raspberry from it at all.

At the time I thought I’d leave it for a week to steep, and hopefully this nuance might disappear. It didn’t. So I put Jack the Ripple away and continued on with a few other flavours.

I’d actually forgotten about it until recently, when I found the bottle, the juice had a nice dark, copper colour to it, so I thought what the hell, I’ll give it one more try.

Yep, there it is. I finally got a glimpse of the raspberry, and the burnt cream flavour was now gone.

It is now a lovely creamy raspberry vape, that definately reminds me of ripple cake, the rich raspberry really stands out and the thick mouth feel that the creaminess provides is very satisfying.

So this is what everybody is talking about! Sorry for doubting you TJuice! LOL

Scent:

Raspberry / Custard

Colour:

light tan to mid tan

Texture:

Very full mouth feel

Steeping:

Jack the Ripple really benefits from a long steep, I’d recommend a couple of weeks minimum for the flavours to settle..

Vapour:

Very nice dense vapour. Depending of course on your final mixing ratios.

Presentation:

Plastic bottle with child proof lid. The label has strikingly sharp colours, that draws your eye to it over many others.

Test rigs:
A6 RDA single coil 1.2ohm @15w
Geyscano with Zenith RDA 0.8ohm @ 25W
