eJuice Review 165: Blue Mist by Beastly Vapes

Introduction:

Beastly vapes is a vape company based out of South-East Queensland. They’re fairly new, only launched in January of this year, but they’re certainly making a grand entrance!

They currently have 4 flavours available, which have been in the development stage for about 12 months, which I’ll be reviewing over the next week.

They don’t just do juices though folks, so if you’re after some hardware when you’re purchasing juice, they’ve got you covered with the basic starter kit type of gear as well as great prices on replacement coils, batteries and wire.

Onward! Today I’ll be reviewing “Blue Mist”!

From the Website:

A scrumptious devious blend of wild blueberries, creams and crunchy sugary frosted flake cereal.

The Review:

This is my third review of the Beastly Vapes series, the first two flavours were off the charts, such great dessert flavours.

I was a little twitchy about this third flavour, not only is it following on from two heavyweights but it is also a blueberry based flavour. No blueberry juice Ive ever tried has reached the epic heights that “The Fog” or “Milk of the beast” reached with their complex and carefully layered nuances.

Scared that it wouldn’t stack up or that my tastebuds had acclimatised to the desserts already and that I might not get the full experience , I had my eyes closed for the first toot!

Relief washed over me when I got punched in the face with the full bodied, sweet and creamy dessert textures that were wrapped around this awesome blueberry mix.

“Blue Mist” is a sweet blueberry with thick creams on a sugary crumble that is layered for impact, complex to satisfy any dessert connoiseur and a flavour that will have you coming back for more.

Now I know that the description from the website says “frosted flakes cereal” which might be exactly what some will taste, personally though I find it to be more of a cakey crumble type of a nuance.

On inhale I get whipped sugary cream enveloping baked blueberries, they’re sweet not tart, and carry that unmistakable blueberry tone.

The exhale sees the creams thicken up even more, and a new sugary bakery flavour comes into play adding an additional layer of flavour and changing the texture a little more toward a baked goods feel. It’s similar to the crumble from a crumble cake. Sugary sweet, kind of frosted.

This is a blueberry dessert done right, layered for depth and a totally satisfying vape. Great job Beastly Vapes!
