eJuice Review 15: Outerworld – Arcturus

As mentioned in an earlier post, I took part in the Outerworld juice trial. This was one of the flavours that I trialled and reviewed.

Description:

Fresh grape and pomegranate juice poured over crushed ice

Outerworld Juice Trial Review:

Day 3: Small Chamber A6 RDA (0.8ohm single coil) @ 15-20W istick 50
Mouth to Lung hits
Color: clear
Scent: Grape juice/Bubblegum
Inhale: Menthol, grape juice.
Not a strong grape, menthol taste overtakes it a little.
Exhale: Pomegranite gives it a much welcomed tanginess that rounds out the flavour on exhale
This one would shine with less menthol for a warmer inhale

Day 10: Small Chamber A6 RDA (0.8ohm single coil) @ 15-20W istick 50
Mouth to Lung hits
Just strong menthol with a hint of grape.

Day 16: REO Mini A6 RDA (1.0 Ohm Single coil.)
Mouth to Lung hits (Not game to put in the subtank and take lung hits off of this one!)
Color: clear
Scent: Grape juice/Bubblegum
Inhale: Menthol, grape juice.
As mentioned on Reddit, this one has a very strong menthol inhale, and exhale. I can really taste the menthol flavour. Not just the coolness, but the actual back of the tongue bitter menthol flavour.
I still get a little grape in there, actually at this stage it comes across more like a hubba bubba grape bubblegum flavour, with a crap load of menthol thrown in.
Im getting zero pomegranate now, not even the bright tanginess of it.
I feel that the amount of menthol thrown into this, was an accident or the creator is a very heavy menthol vaper. It really is too much though.
My wife loved this.. Suffice to say, she mixed it 50/50 with some Nectarine juice she was vaping and I do have to say that it was quite pleasant. Never thought grape and nectarine would work!

Review of Finalised recipe

This was the flavour I was so looking forward to, and after revising the overly mentholated trial recipe, Outerworld have out-done themselves. They have dropped the menthol right back, to a perfect amount, that gives a coolness, without compromising the fantastic flavour.

The grape really comes through now, along with the pomegranate, to give a really nice tangy hubba bubba kind of flavour.

Definately an all day vape now!
