eLiquid Review 273: It’s Pine Time by Cloudz 4 Dayz
I’ve got a few more flavours from the up and coming “Cloudz 4 Dayz” brand over the next couple of days.
So far I’ve been pretty impressed with these guys, they have a great nose for mixing and know their stuff when it comes to creating flavours with nice subtleties and layered juices.
Let’s see how the latest stack up!
Today I’ll be reviewing “It’s Pine Time”!

The Review:
I was kind of dreading this one, but thought “What the heck”. Pineapple is not a favourite of mine, but I know these guys will have made it sing. And sing it does!
“It’s Pine Time” is a delicious blend of realistic Pineapple as the main flavour, backed up with a little dragonfruit for natural sweetness and a subtle peach to smooth it all out.
Individual Notes
The Pineapple is a nice realistic and tart, fleshy flavour. It has both the higher, tart note and lower earthy notes that you’d expect from a good pineapple, and to be honest, isn’t over done like many can be.
The peach is an interesting choice to mix with pineapple, and it’s a winner, because the lower peach base notes sort of counter the astringency of the citrus fruit. Peach can be a dull flavour, and that works in it’s favour here, because that is exactly what is needed. A nice thick but sweet peach low note.
The dragonfruit is another great choice here, it brightens everything up after the peach kicks in, and provides that natural sweetness that helps perk it all up a bit.
Inhale & Exhale
The inhale is a combination of Pineapple and dragonfruit mostly. There is a little peach but it doesn’t jump out straight away. At this point you’ll get the earthy low tones of the pineapple with the dragonfruit lifting it up a bit.
At the turn of the inhale and onto the exhale, the peach starts to shine through gradually increasing in intensity but never hitting a point where it takes over or even becomes a dominant flavour. It’s very much a background note that adds body and is a really great base to counter the tartness of the pineapple.
It all finishes up with the culmination of all flavours blending into a smooth, sweet yet tart fruity vape that doesn’t weigh you down with low notes and isn’t a one dimensional high note, it’s a great mix sitting perfectly in the middle of the spectrum.
Final thoughts
What a delicious unassuming mix this is. I appreciate that this one, while seeming to be a fairly simple flavour, really is complex and well thought out. A lot of work goes into even some of the simpler juices folks, this is a great example of that.
My pineapple phobia was completely amiss here too. It would have to be one of the few pineapple flavours that I can vape, and on top of that, I also really enjoyed!
Great work guys. This will be a nice fruity vape for the coming summer months.

Very nice presentation here. I received clear 30ml unicorn bottles with a striking black and pink label with needle tip and pink child-proof caps. The labels contain everything that you’d expect.
Test rigs:
Hadaly RDA with single SS coil @ 0.3 ohms on a bottom feed mod.
HAKU RDA with single SS316L coil @ 0.29ohms on a regulated mod running 50-80 watts.
