eLiquid Review 261: Berry Nice by Cloudy McCloud Face
Now that I’ve had a few days off of doing juice reviews, vaping some of my favourites that I normally do not get to, I’m back and not just with something good, but something fairly new as well.
I found this juice line during my latest visit to Vapen Adelaide, South Australia.
I don’t know much about this juice line, except that it is made right here in South Australia.
They launched their 4 flavour juice range in the middle of this year (2017) and are already stocked at 3 of South Australia’s walk in Vape stores.
Their 4 available flavours are ‘Pear Enough’, ‘Berry Nice’, ‘Berry Creamy’, ‘Om Nom Nom’.
Today I’ll be reviewing “Berry Nice”!

The Review:
This is the first flavour of this juice line that I’ve ever tried and I’m impressed already!
“Berry Nice” is a deliciously sweet blend of raspberries, tart blackcurrant and a touch of cherry that adds even more body.
All of the vastly different berries in this concoction work so well together, rather than getting individual flavours from this while vaping it, it’s one of those juices where all of the flavours amalgamate into one complex profile that just works.
The raspberries are sweet, a cross between the real fruit, and a soft jelly candy raspberry, the sweetness carries all the way through this eliquid.
The blackcurrants also provide a little sweetness, but in addition, provide a little tartness to the mix, heightening the pitch and adding a touch of sharpness.
It was really clever to add the smallest amount of cherry to this. It brings an earthiness and body that really fills the profile out and compliments the other sweet and tart notes seamlessly.
On the inhale, its all blackcurrant and raspberry, a nice well rounded mix unusually packed with flavour considering the inhale is quite often not as intense.
The exhale does intensify the flavour, with the blackcurrant a standout at the beginning, with the slightest earthy and lightly synthetic cherry shining through. The separation of flavour doesn’t last long through! The end of the exhale sees everything combine together into a lovely sweet, yet tart fruity berry mix.
This is definately something I can vape all day, this bottle simply didn’t last long enough!

Some really cool presentation here, I received a short and stumpy 30ml unicorn bottle with needle tip and orange child-proof cap.
The labels are professionally done with the cartoony logo, and character depicted, as well as all of the info you might need, including the usual warnings, PG/VG ratio, and their facebook url.
Test rigs:
Hadaly RDA with single SS coil @ 0.3 ohms on a bottom feed mod.
Kennedy RDA with dual SS coil @ 0.4 ohms on a regulated mod running 50-80 watts.
