eJuice Review 101: Untangled by The Manic Vape

image_largeThe Manic Vape have been around for a while now, and have quite the line up.

I’ve previously tried a couple of their flavours and was quite impressed, so have been really looking forward to trying the entire range.

So here is my seventh review of the Manic Vape range.

Today I’ll be reviewing “Untangled”.

You can pick up The Manic Vape range from their website @ http://www.themanicvape.com.au

From the website:

“This is our true cheesecake, unlike Tangled which is heavy on the creams and fruit, Untangled is a delicious Baked New York cheesecake with the perfect balance of biscuit base & creaminess topped off with the sweetest of a home made cherry coulis drizzled on top.
Inhale: Sweet Biscuit and Condensed Milk
Exhale: Sweet Cherry and Creamed Cheese”

The Review:

Biscuity cheesecake goodness right here folks!
This is a no nonsense cheesecake, full to the brim of biscuit crumbs, vanilla, buttery creams, and a wavering cherry sauce nuance.

It’s thick, creamy, decadent, whilst not being overly rich, with a really nice creamy mouth feel texture.
No dryness here either, the texture hits the spot and the flavour fills your mouth.

On inhale, I mainly get the biscuit and cake nuances at first, then toward the end of the inhale, the creams start to appear, thickening up the vape.

Exhale is where the magic happens, the vape starts to really thicken up from the creams, the biscuit becomes more of a backnote, always there though, adding depth, and then, we’re introduced to some new flavours to add some pop to an already lovely cheesecake base.

A kind of lemon, and cherry sauce flavour appears on the exhale, its not hugely noticeable, you’ll not get a giant flavour hit from it. It’s more of a note that adds some weight and depth to the cheesecake and really finishes it off. Im finding that its not noticeable with every vape, but is there quite often when I look for it. It adds a little juicyness and additional sweetness to the mix, adding the lemony cherry sauce is genius as it creates some contrast and helps the other flavours pop.

Untangled is a really great cheesecake example, creamy and sweet without going overboard on the flavour. The sweet cherry sauce at the end is a very welcome surprise, and really rounds the whole thing out, to create a thick and complex dessert vape.

One of my favourites!

No gunking coils.

Steeping is definately recommended with this one due to the creams.
