Clouded Visions were in prototype stage for several new flavours in my last set of reviews, so unfortunately I did not get to try them. It was a timing thing, what can you do?

Well I’ve now gotten my hands on the newly released juices, so let’s give them a crack!

Today I’ll be reviewing “The Red Heifer”.

You can pick up the Clouded Visions range from their website @ http://www.cloudedvisions.com.au

From the website:

“The long awaited companion to the ever popular Pink Heifer and a favourite amongst the Kiwi’s! Shares the same ever evolving thick, vanilla cream we all love from the Pink Heifer, accompanied by a perfectly blended selection of strong, sweet raspberry.”

The Review:

This is a seriously good raspberry cream.
It reminds me of the flavour of the raspberry spiders I would have as a kid, and a lot like those raspberry split icecreams you’d get from the corner shop.

It’s tangy but sweet, really creamy but without the butric acid smell you would normally get from a really strong cream.

It’s all tangy raspberry on the inhale, its a little bit candy and a little bit fresh, a nice mix of the two.

At the height of the inhale you get a rush of thick creaminess appear.

Exhale sees the thick creaminess, soften and mix nicely with the tangy raspberry, leaving a sweet and creamy mix that is so reminiscent of a raspberry splice.

Decadent, yet tangy and fruity, this mix has it all, I think this has to be one of my favourites from the Clouded Visions range.
