eJuice Review 83: The Great Unknown by South Coast Vapes

great-unknownHere we have my third review of the South Coast Vapes range. Here is a nice fruity one for ya!

Today I’ll be reviewing “The Great Unknown”.

You can pick up the South Coast Vapes range from their website @ http://www.southcoastvapes.com.au

From the website:

“This juice is simply summer in a bottle. With a mysterious blend of fruits and berries every cloud will have you wishing you were stretched out on a deck chair watching the sun fade.”

The Review:

Pineapple is a really hard flavour to get right, too much, and it turns acidic and really really harsh. Too little and you can end up with a very flat tasting flavour, almost like a watered down tropical punch.

South Coast Vapes have done an excellent job with this one, just the right amount of pineapple, to keep it bright, and a lovely blend of berries as background notes.

I’m picking up some blackberry notes, and some other citruses in this that add a lot dimension to the juice, rather than it being straight up pineapple.

On inhale, the berries and citrus in the background, the pineapple in the foreground, all come together to create a delicious almost tropical mix. The inhale is a little tart, and a little sweet at the same time.

Exhale is where the flavour really comes in, it feels like the flavour intensifies on the exhale. It’s more of the same berries/pineapple mix, but the intensity increases by about 30%. The tartness dissipates a little and the sweetness takes over for a really lovely finish.

I quite like this one, its a nice clean flavour, and will make a great summer vape.

Nice one guys!
