eJuice Review 205: Strawbana by Byron Bay Cloud Co

These guys aren’t strangers, as you might know, I’ve reviewed a few of their flavours before.

But if you haven’t heard of them…

Byron Bay Cloud Co launched in early December of 2016. They’ve been quietly working away ever since on their awesome juice line, and slowly building up a great following.

They have their juices stocked in a few well known vape stores now, so if you’re looking for some top notch new flavours you can pick them up from one of their stockists and of course through their own website. (http://www.byronbaycloud.co)

I was very impressed with the last batch that I reviewed and found them all delicious and very well crafted. I’m totally assuming this round to be equally impressive. Let’s see how they stack up! Just

Today I’ll be reviewing “Strawbana”!

From the website:

Fresh Strawberries and Sliced Banana drizzled with Vanilla Custard. Sweet, smooth and Creamy.

Great all day/after dinner vape. Pairs surprisingly well with coffee.

The Review:

A great start to this round of reviews, this is an awesome flavour. You might expect that the banana will overpower everything, but fear not, everything blends very nicely and each flavour is noticeable in the mix.

“Strawbana” is a smooth blend of banana, with bright notes of strawberries and a creamy, sweet vanilla custard to top it all off.

The banana here is somewhere in between the real thing and a candy banana. It’s low tones help set a baseline and give a thick texture.

The strawberry is also a bit of a hybrid, sitting somewhere between real berries with their earthy tones and a strawberry candy with it’s light and bright sweetness.

The custard here is smooth and creamy, not so much a rich flavour, more of a subdued addition that provides a creaminess without being overbearing.

On the inhale I pick up mostly banana and strawberry, with a hint of custard, just lightly bridging the two fruits. It’s all relatively light on the inhale, but evenly mixed allowing each flavour to shine without excluding the others.

The exhale sees the intensity ramp up across the board with the banana and strawberry still slightly more dominant than the custard until about halfway through the exhale when the roles reverse.
The custard and cream get stronger, rising up in intensity and thickness, taking the edge off of the fruits and really bringing this home as a lovely sweet and creamy dessert mix.

I’ve not put this one down since yesterday and im liking this so much I think I might find myself a little too lazy to rewick and change flavours tonight. 🙂 I just hope I have enough left!

Great work guys!
