eJuice Review 243: Ravens Claw by Beastly Vapes

Today I’ll be reviewing “Ravens Claw”!

It got all stuck and bound to his claw as he was trying to escape off the road. he pecked at it until it broke free and left a flavor in his mouth very similar to a much loved chewy called juicy fruit. but as always…. has our little beastly twist.
The Review:
Beastly Vapes say that there is a little beastly twist in here. Well there sure is and it’s not what you’d expect either!
“Raven’s Claw” is a fruity mix just like the Juicy Fruit chewing gum, its juicy, fruity, moreish, with a final kicker, a spearmint overlay that cools things down for a minty exhale!
I really did expect this one to be more of the old Juicy Fruit classic with banana, and pear nuances, washed over with jackfruit juiciness. It is that of course, but it is so much more.
The spearmint carries right through this juice, from beginning to end providing just the right amount of mint to be ever present but not overtake the classic fruit.
Adding the spearmint here adds another layer of depth as well as a lovely contrasting flavour. I’m constantly finding myself trying to peel back the flavour of the spearmint to get to the fruity goodness underneath. It’s a bit of a play on the mind, because the fruit is always there but the spearmint makes you crave more of it.
The spearmint hits you straight away on the inhale, it’s sweet, minty, and fruity?! Hey? What? Yep just as your appreciating the cool spearmint the juicy fruit flavour appears, not full on at this point but it is there and a nice surprise if you don’t know what flavour this is beforehand.
On the exhale the juicy fruit gets stronger as the spearmint makes way for it a little, warming the vape in contrast to the cold mint.
If you’re not quite sure what flavour juicy fruit is, it is a mix of fruits, predominantly banana, pear, and some say jackfruit, which is a fruit that has properties and nuances found in several other fruits. Yep it’s a bit of this and a bit of that. But what a great flavour it is!
To the end of the exhale the fruits climb in intensity really giving off a juicy vibe and with the spearmint following in behind, a really refreshing finish.
I loved this one, it’s definately all day vape material!

Great presentation as usual from Beastly Vapes. I received clear 30ml bottles with child-proof caps and optional sauce style twist nozzle caps.
The usual labels are used with their signature fog landscape background with all of the information you might need.
Test rigs:
Hadaly RDA with single SS coil @ 0.3 ohms on a bottom feed mod.
Kennedy RDA with dual SS coil @ 0.4 ohms on a regulated mod running 50-80 watts.
