eJuice Review 143: P.B Crunch by Byron Bay Cloud Co

IMG_20170127_174935-01Byron Bay Cloud Co launched in early December of 2016. They’ve been quietly working away ever since on their awesome juice line, and slowly building up a great following.

They have their juices stocked in a few well known vape stores now, so if you’re looking for some top notch new flavours you can pick them up from one of their stockists and of course through their own website. (http://www.byronbaycloud.co)

They’ve been kind enough to send through 3 of their flavours for me to try.

Today I’ll be reviewing “P.B Crunch”!

From the website:

A clear favourite with the Byron Bay Cloud Co. team. Think a Crunchy Peanut Butter Cookie sprinkled with Dark Chocolate and slight undertones of Custard. Sweet, Smooth and Creamy. We didn’t think this would work either but trust us, it really does!
Great all day vape. Pairs well with coffee and chocolate.

The Review:

I’ll tell you what, the thought of vaping peanut butter didn’t exactly have me jumping in excitement, for some reason, I really had it in my head that it just wouldn’t translate to vaping very well. Looking at Byron Bay’s description, I guess they didn’t either!

How wrong were we?!

It works, it really does. Byron Bay have managed to create a peanut butter vape that is smooth, thick, creamy, and above all, doesn’t leave you with an overly peanut aftertaste to get tired of.

I pickup various notes in this juice, primarily peanut butter, custard, graham crust, cream, and also cinnamon. Although I can’t say that I notice the chocolate. I’m certain it is there, perhaps the other flavours are throwing me off the trail!

The peanut butter is light, even though the scent is quite strong, vaping it differs, it is more like a constant flavour, throughout the vape. It is a foreground flavour but definately not in your face.
The even measures of custard, creams and Graham crust/cracker help to keep this juice light and airy, whilst still giving a full bodied flavour.

On inhale I get peanut butter and sweet cream, its quite light, and the custard has not come through yet.

Exhale sees all of the background notes appear, working simultaneously with each other. The even amounts of custard, creams and Graham crust, really give off a thick custard and biscuity texture, combined with the peanut butter its a texture that is very much like a crunchy peanut butter spread.

Light and creamy at first, things liven up a little with the custard and cream kicking in first, and the Graham Crust trailing in behind.

It all finishes of with a light but very sweet cinnamon nuance, cleansing the palate getting you prepared for the next vape.

There’s a lot going on in this juice, probably more than I realise. But what I do know is that this is a really kick arse flavour that totally surprised me! A great vape for dessert vapers and peanut lovers alike!

Well done guys.

Some really nice presentation here folks. I received 30ml ready to vape bottles. They’re brown glass bottles with white lids and glass droppers. The labels are parchment coloured with the Byron bay cloud co. logo with all of the standard info on them. I also received a bunch of silicone tank Banda and a few silicone bottle holders that protect your glass bottles. Nice touch !
