eJuice Review 60: Moscato di Amburgo by Vagabond Vapour

moscatodiamburgo_1024x1024Most of Vagabond’s juice range are packed full of flavour. They’re quite heavy and I’m assuming quite a high percentage of concentrate goes into them.
Today’s eJuice review is something a little different.
It’s light, but tasty, a delicate blend where you really have to hunt for the various nuances.

Today I’m vaping Moscato Di Amburgo!

You can pick up the Vagabond Vapour range at any good Aussie vape store or from their website @ https://vagabondvapour.com

From the website:

“Moscato Di Amburgo has many names such as Misket Siyah, Black Muscat, Stone Cold Dolomighty and our favourite Trollinger Muscateller blau. But all you need to know is that it’s those little round things that grow on vines and are used to make that delicious sweet desert wine found throughout Mediterranean Europe and the Portuguese coast.
FLAVOUR PROFILE: Aromatic black muscat grapes with a floral finish”

The Review:

Such a light flavour this one, it is really really difficult to pull apart. I love it though, and this is definately one of my favourites.
If you’ve ever mixed juice before, you may be familiar with grape concentrates. At a standard percentage they can be quite harsh, and chemical oriented until given time for them to “calm down”.

I get grape tones throughout this juice, but not as a primary flavour, it’s a real mid-range base, very light on the dominance, but always there. Grape does that. it has a tendency to stick no matter what you mix it with. Used sparingly it won’t drown out a mix, but it will always be there hunting between the foreground and background notes.

I can’t be certain but I’m getting some apple or apple nuances coming through in this too. I could be completely wrong, as its really not noticeable, more of a background note that gives the grape a little dimension. It may even be something similar to apple. Jackfruit? Quince? I can’t quite put my finger on it. It could also be a characteristic of a wine concentrate, if they have used one.

The two nuances give this the juicy and fruity sweet wine feel. It really does feel like your vaping on some sweet dessert wine. Not too sweet but with just enough of a rough edge to be convincing.

On inhale I get very light grape mixed with even less apple nuance. As I mentioned these two meld together to give a sweet wine type of flavour.
The grape comes through a little more on the exhale with a nice smooth sugary finish.

I really really dig this flavour. It’s such a lovely unassuming mix, and light, so perfect for an all day vape.

Vagabond. You’ve done it again!

I understand that Moscato di amburgo goes through a pre-steeping process before being sent out, so this juice will definately benefit from an additional steep period.

Chubby Gorilla bottles! Hell yes! These bottles are just awesome, childproof and so easy to squeeze juice out of.
White labels with colour coded Vagabond logo, as usual very professional looking.
