eJuice Review 128: Hashtag by Symbolic Vapour

IMG_20161214_174101-01This week, Im going to review a relatively new juice line that was launched toward the end of 2016.
Symbolic Vapour hail from Western Australia, and have some pretty cool branding.

Each juice is named after a symbol (hence the name Symbolic Vapour). With juice names such as “Tilde”, “Question mark” and “Division”, and logos to match each one, their flavours certainly demand a bit of intrigue.

So without further ado, let’s get stuck into them!

Today I’ll be reviewing “Hashtag”.

You can pick up the Symbolic Vapour range from the their website @ http://www.symbolicvapour.com.au

From the website:

The creamy custard juice to end all creamy custard juices! This Custard based, creamy, caramel explosion is sure to satisfy any custard lover. Extremely complex yet smooth and balanced. This just gets better with age.
We dare you to find a better custard e liquid than this!

The Review:

Onto everybody’s favourite. The Custardy goodness, known as “Hashtag”.
I have to admit, I took a whiff of it before filling my tank, and thought that the scent was quite strong. I picked up some really rich nuances in there, and and almost alcohol note.

This is a really rich vape, not as rich as the scent, but its still a thick custardy, buttery smooth, thick creamy vape.

The custard notes are quite nice, they’re thick and creamy, rich but smooth, and at a level that is just perfect to keep you interested but not get tired of.

As with the custard, the caramel is rich yet smooth, and adds a really nice dimension to the custard. I think it adds a nice complexity and blends in really well. You really cant tell where the custard ends and the caramel begins, these two flavours are made for each other.

There are obviously other flavours here, that combine to make up this wonderful juice, but just like me, you’ll have trouble picking them out. This is meant to be a combination flavour, there are supposed to be high and low notes, without any of them standing out too far.

Inhale is surprisingly clean. For the rich scent I totally expected this to be really really overkill rich. But it isnt.
You get some nice clean creams, smooth custard and a touch of caramel on your way through the inhale, getting more intense as you go.

Things get a little stronger on the exhale, although Im happy to say, not too strong. I get a full on thick texture on exhale to go with the custard and creams, slightly buttery, adding a bit of a twist on things. Its definately not unwelcome though, and helps make this a really decadent flavour.

Dessert vapers, if you want to spoil yourself, this is the juice to buy. This one has taken over the top spot as my favourite of the Symbolic Vapour range!
