eJuice Review 85: Flipside Apple by South Coast Vapes

flipside-appleHere we have my fifth review of the South Coast Vapes range. Some lovely apple custard!

Today I’ll be reviewing “Flipside Apple”.

You can pick up the South Coast Vapes range from their website @ http://www.southcoastvapes.com.au

From the website:

“A crisp apple punch is at the forefront of this blend with a rich custard undertone. Keeping it smooth and cloudy is the aim of the game. You will be back for this mix, so catch you on the flipside.!”

The Review:

You don’t come across an Apple Custard very often, so I was pretty keen on getting stuck into this one.

As it turns out it’s a bloody nice vape.

Due to the nature of vaping being warm, it causes a really neat experience with apple in desserts, the added heat creates an almost steamed apple experience, couple that with a nice rich custard, and youre on a winner.

The apple is quite a nice apple, no confectionary flavour here, its all fleshy apple without the skin.
The custard has a rich note to it, exactly the same as I mentioned in my previous review of “Silk Milk“. Almost a malted milk or dulce de leche.

On inhale, its all about that apple. A Nice warm steamed apple, fleshy with no skin, a little bit of bite, but only for a brief moment.

Exhale sees the apple and custard come together to a great even mix, neither dominating. Then the apple fades off a little and the rich smooth custard brings it home for a velvety finish.

A rich but bright vape for the dessert lovers out there!
