eJuice Review 52: Flesh Wound by Killshot Vapour

killshotlogoAs I mentioned in a previous post, I picked up 4 of Killshot flavours through a group buy for a killer price!
Here is the review of the second flavour in the 4 that I received.

Flavour Profile

From the website:
“Flesh wound is considered our signature flavor with the sensation of sweet savory strawberries wrapped in a blanket of smooth vanilla custard. Definitely a flavor that will have you coming back for more!”

The Review:

Everyone knows that I’m a huge strawberry custard fan. It would have to be one of my favourite flavour profiles.
Killshot have done a fantastic job with Flesh Wound, it’s a very well balanced, light mix of flavours.

USA based juice companies tend to make their ejuices overly sweet and packed full of flavour.
I don’t know the reason for this, I can only guess that their tastes are different due to the difference in foods we eat. They tend to eat big and sweet.
I have been pleasantly surprised so far with Killshot’s range, it’s almost as if they have an Australian mixer on board!
Light, yet still full flavoured, all day vape material.

Flesh Wound is a great well rounded, subtle strawberry vanilla custard that keeps you coming back for more.

On inhale I get sweet vanilla with strawberry, right through to the height of the inhale.
The strawberry is not strong, it’s not sweet, it’s the perfect blend of ripeness, tartness, and light enough to allow the vanilla to come through.
Exhale gives me more ripe strawberry with a hint of custard trailing off at the end.
Again just like the strawberry, the custard is not overpowering, faint, but just enough that you wait for it to shine through the strawberry at the end.

I hope the next few flavours that I review are just as good, as I can highly recommend them at the moment.
