eJuice Review 234: Drippled by Silk Road Vapour

The first bunch of samples that I reviewed from Silk Road Vapour a while ago were great, I was very impressed with the flavour, quality, and nice consistency of flavour intensity from their line.
They proved themselves a professional outfit, skillful in their mixing as well as providing a top notch customer service with their fast shipping times and dealing with my many questions eloquently.

I’m very pleased to have some more of their range to review for you all, and this time, with some “You-Beaut” brand-spanking new labels!

Today I’ll be reviewing “Drippled”!

From the website:

The taste of elegance
A soft buttery syrup with hints of creamy maple and a touch of cinnamon. The perfect blend to pour over your pancakes on a cold winters morning.

The Review:

If you’re a sweet tooth looking for something rich, sweet and syrupy, you’ve come to the right place.

“Drippled” is a smooth blend of sweet maple syrup, a tickle of cinnamon spice with a buttery, mouth watering texture.

Very well refined, I’m liking the fact that although all of the flavour notes in this are typically really strong and can overpower a mix quite easily, they’ve been dialled back a little in an effort to get them working harmoniously. And do they ever!

The maple syrup is of course the standout note of the mix, I wouldn’t say that it dominates, more-so that this flavour was built around it as the base note.

Cinnamon is a flavour that is often over done and can quite easily be disastrous and completely ruin a juice, but not so here. Silk Road have really taken this into account and have delicately added it as a supporting note to the maple syrup.

There’s quite a buttery note and texture to this, it’s deliberate and smoothes the other flavours bringing them together in a delightful syrup vape.

The inhale here is amm maple syrup with hints of butter. It’s sweet, smooth and sets the stage nicely.

The exhale sees the intensity of flavour strengthen, the maple syrup and butter thicken up into a lovely richness. About halfway through, the cinnamon makes a brief appearance adding some spice and complexity before blending in with the maple creating a thick spicey syrup ending on a sugary sweet exhale.

A lovely drop from Silk Road Vapour, that will satisfy even the sweet tooths of the dessert world!
