eJuice Review 252: Cola Cola Baby by Fogged

I’m having a bit of a catch up this week, on all of the Aussie juices that I’ve bought and been meaning to try but just haven’t gotten around to. It’s a shame it’s taken me so long to get to them as there are some real gems here, but better late than never!

Today’s juice comes from “Fogged” who are based here in South Australia. They’ve been around for quite a while, a few years now in fact and are dedicated to creating high quality, delicious vaping liquids and sharing them with vaping enthusiasts.

Today I’ll be reviewing “Cola Cola Baby”!

The Review:

Good cola’s are way too few and and far between in my opinion. It’s a great flavour if done right, and quite a complex one at that.

“Cola Cola Baby” is one of the good ones. It’s very much a sweet syrupy cola with touches of citrus and vanilla making up that classic cola taste.

I find that many colas miss the mark, they’re kind of simple and one dimensional, often with far too much flavour that just overload the tastebuds.

This one is great, there are no unwanted nuances, it’s not overpowered and Fogged have done their due diligence and added extra notes where many classic cola concentrates are lacking.

The inhale and exhale are very similar with Cola cola baby. The level of intensity is really the only difference throughout the vape, with some additional notes a little more noticeable on the exhale.

It’s all very much a light cola syrup on the inhale, the same cola syrup you’ll get watered down at a pub or Fast food restaurant. It’s syrupy, sweet and crisp.

At the turn of the inhale and onto the exhale the flavour intensifies. An additional citrus note comes through at this point. The citrus is very lime-like, it’s a light note only just noticeable above the cola.

I also notice some additional vanilla. It’s a little creamy but not overly so. Even with this creamy vanilla, the whole flavour is quite clean and refreshing.

Overall, this is a very well done, classic cola flavour, delicately enhanced with some additional complimentary notes.

Definately steep this one, it will benefit from a nice long steep.

Presentation:

Branding here is pretty cool. Fogged use blue tinted plastic bottles with white child proof caps and needle tips. The lighter blue labels contain all of the information you might need.

Test rigs:

Hadaly RDA with single SS coil @ 0.3 ohms on a bottom feed mod.
Kennedy RDA with dual SS coil @ 0.4 ohms on a regulated mod running 50-80 watts.
